When I making a call from Google voice I don't hear ring tone?

I got Gmail set up along with google voice first time I made call I can hear ring tone now is stop. How do i fix this problem? Anyone have the same experience and found answer to my problem please email me. Thank you.|||There is no ringtone b/c they removed it
