I was wondering if it costed me money if my friend called me with google voice.|||No. Not to your home phone. The only way you can make the called party pay is with a collect call and that requires an operator's assistance.
On your cell phone you would of course have minutes used on your plan unless you have something like free incoming calls. But it wouldn't cost anything extra.|||It only costs them money.
