Im going to DR on vacation. Can i use google voice from my iphone to call the US when im connected to WiFi?
This without being charged roaming fees?|||If that particular app needs to use internet in order for it to work, then you can connect to wifi signal and use it without fees. Just be sure to stay in the wifi range. If it uses tower signal instead of data, then the fees will be applied
