Does Google Voice charge for Texting on a Landline?

I decided that I was tired of paying for texting so I decided to make a google voice number and put my home phone number (which is landline). I disabled forwarding SMS to my home phone. Now I just text through my computer. Will it charge my phone company?|||Yes, it's free plus, you can text on your mobile phone as well, if you have one that is.|||It won't charge you, but Google Voice has low coverage, it can send free SMS only to US. Why not use a really international free SMS service?

I recommend this site:

www.e-freesms.com

It lets you send free SMS to 220+ countries. So you can send free SMS to anywhere in the world. :)|||Nop it won't.. It' totally free..
